Frost on the pumpkin!

It was a chilly one last night but the foliage is worth risking the brisk air. Fair season is also upon us: Fryeburg hosts its annual blast until this weekend, and the Sandwich Fair (smaller but just as fun) is this weekend, Octdober 8, 9, 10. Of course we are hosting another awesome couple and their families this weekend, but we'd love to show you around the inn if you're still looking for a perfect place for a weekend getaway, midweek mini-vaca, or custom wedding experience. Fall in the White Mountains

Even though it is a toasty 80 degrees today, Fall is upon us! The trees are turning, the nights are cooler, and you can count the days until there is "frost on the pumpkin." It's also prime wedding season here in the White Mountains. Take a drive along the Kancamugus Highway to get a great view of the foliage, and if you're planning a fall wedding in New Hampshire book as far in advance as possible.
